FREIGHT: Within Australia we offer delivery by Australia Post or Overnight Courier. Outside Australia, we offer delivery by Sea Mail(eonomy), Express Post International (EPI) and Express Courier International (ECI). Please note that Post is NOT a full track and trace service. International Airmail deliveries with a value of $AUD100 or more are registered but status checking can be slow. EPI offers much better tracking than Airmail however if it is important to you that you are able to determine the status of an international delivery at any time, we recommend delivery by ECI. All Parcels will be sent registered mail
DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped from our shop either the day we receive your order or the following day. There are hundreds of products on the Horses R Us web site and some items may be out of stock at the time of your order – we may need to source them from our vendors. Also, some items are made-to-size or made-to-order and need to be sourced as a response to your order. A small proportion of items may need to be imported to fulfil your order and these can take up to 10 weeks to obtain. In these situations, we will endeavour to give you an estimate of delivery time and accommodate your delivery requirements. If you require delivery by a specific date, please let us know at time of order.

PRICES:All prices on the Horses R Us web site are subject to change without notice. We sell in Australian Dollars. Prices shown on this site in Australian Dollars include the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. GST applies only to sales within Australia and is removed at checkout for sales with delivery addresses outside Australia.
PAYMENT: When you pay us by cheque, we deposit the funds into our bank and ship the goods after the cheque has cleared - 3 working days. When you pay us by direct deposit into our bank account, we will ship the goods after the payment is cleared in our bank account. Like most eCommerce sites, payment is required at time of order. If we need to order the goods from our supplier(s), your payment will be held as a deposit pending shipment. If we need to repay the deposit, we will generally use the same payment method as you have used (ie. cheque, credit card, etc). Please note that payment fraud is a major problem for online retailers such as ourselves. Horses R Us employs fraud detection technology that may necessitate alternative payment processes. A security measure that we may implement is to place a deposit on your credit card and ask you to verify the amount of the deposit. After you verify the deposit amount, we will charge the remaining balance to your credit card and process your order. Payment is not accepted by credit card in certain situations and in these cases direct deposit into our bank account is offered as an alternative payment method.
PRODUCTS & AVAILABLITY We try to ensure that we hold good stock levels of all of our products. However sometimes to circumstances beyond our control such as high sales of a popular product or manufacturing problems, a product may be out of stock. In this case we will inform you by e-mail, whereupon you will be given the option of cancelling your order for that item, choosing another item, or waiting for the original item to come into stock.
DESCRIPTIONS - SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS OF PRODUCTS:
Sizes, measurements and descriptions are displayed as told to us by the manufacturers, we cannot be held responsible for their exactness. With regard to colours we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour that is caused by computer systems or software used by you.
CREDITS: Credit notes, deposits and gift vouchers are valid for a six months from date of issue and, if not used, will only expire after that time.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled orders attract a 15% cancellation fee. Made-to-order and made-to-measure items must be paid for in full at time of order and this charge is non-refundable.
