The thing I like about glycerine soap you do not get an unsightly clogging of soap in the stitching of leather.

Simply apply on a damp cloth and gently get a lather up - rinse the cloth then wipe the leather clean.  Then apply a suitable leather dressing for the article you are cleaning.
